2000 Grand Am SE power window regulator

I just insalled a brand new power window regulator and motor in a 2000 grand am se 4 door front driver side door. The window goes down great but struggles to push the window back up. Is there an adjustment on this thing or what could be cousing the problem here? Please help if you can.
