wrong board

a 260 was some odd ball non-chevy engine

what 350 you talking about ?

chevy ? olds ? pontiac ?

a chevy 350 wont bolt in places of a 260

not without tranny swap and engine mounts and other stuff, exhaust, etc

but an olds or pontiac one would

gonna be alot of work and if you dont have the experience then youre better off sellin the car and buying a larger engine one, or trade it off

You can swap any GM 350 for your 260. Recommend you stay with olds and find an 0lds 350. Regardless of chevy or olds, you will need the following:
1. GM 350 turbo auto trans to replace the 200 turbo mounted to your 260.
2. New front springs and shocks to handle the heavier 350 motor.
3. New motor mounts. They bolt in right in the same place as the current mounts.

"2. New front springs and shocks to handle the heavier 350 motor."

Not necessary. The 260 is physically the same as an Olds 350 and about the same weight.
