When i start driving my X after its been sitting for awhile it shifts hard until it gets warmed up. Is that normal for an X with only 40k miles on it or should i have the dealer check it out,(it's under warranty).

I have a 2000 X with 98000 miles. The 1-2 shift when cold is a little harder than when it has warmed up. I've changed my trans fluid regularly and this has never affected the harder shift when cold.
