Did you remove your FRONT DRIVESHAFT?

If so that is the cause, you will need to use your E-Brake/Parking Brake.

they did a saftey recall on that take it to a jeep dealer and they will install a pin to correct free of charge.

The recall thackstonns is referring to is for an event that if you leave you jeep in park with the engine running on a hill it could slip into reverse.

If you removed your front driveshaft and you have the 249 TC, this is the reason your jeep is rolling.

You should be able to get a boneyard D30 for way less than $500. Search around local or on the web.
