I have a 98 villager, the front heat blows warm, but the rear heat cold.
The rear blower works great, just blows cold when it's set to heat.

Anyone have any ideas ?

>Coolant flow to rear heater is controlled by the heater water control valve and w/h control solenoid and is uses vacuum for both. With the van running and rear air off you should have 9v at solenoid and no vacuum at control valve. Van running with rear air on-0v at solenoid and vacuum at cntl valve. A clogged rear heater core or coolant hoses could cause it or a bad temp controller.
