OK, for those of you that have the Home Depot brand grills...

Explain to me before I go out and buy this mesh stuff exactly how you arranged everything. I know this is prob really simple but I haven't taken off my stock grills yet so I don't even know what's holding them on there. Did you re-use the factory fastenings or what? Please explain... pics would be pretty cool too :sun: Thanks!

Well I only put the mesh on my lower grille, and I just put it in front of my stock one. A lot of people cut their stock grilles out and use bondo or something similar to keep the mesh in place. There's this stuff called Goop though, it works well too. It's like stronger than glue, and it's clear and all, and it holds really well. That's what we used when we did my friend's grilles the other day. Looks great :)

mine looks like this though, you can't see the stock grille behind it, but I wanted to keep it there because it's a lot stronger than the mesh, and if I hit anything, it wouldn't go through, ya know? The first pic was like, way long ago, but you can see it closer. Don't mind the top grille part, lol it looked cool from far away but up close it looked ghey, so I painted it :)
anyways...

I used "liquid nails" and make sure it properly dried before installing the bumper
The top part was cut and sandwiched between the factory grill and the trim

I just glued the bottom piece, and I will take pictures

i used the gutter things that keep leaves out of your gutters. i painted it whatever color i wanted and then took off the bumper and glued it in and for the upper grill i just took off the chrome part and sandwiched it in between th black and chrome. heres some pics. it's kinda hard to see the lower grill though.http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/952482accordslammed.JPG
