1999 Grand Am SE 2.4 Radiator drain plug where is it?

I recently replaced the crappy made water inlet housing on this peice of junk, Now I need to put some antifreeze in it for the winter cause it is getting cold. But I am having a hard time finding the drain plug on the radiator. There is a small plastic plug of some sort on the front left or drivers side, however it will only turn about 1/4 turn to the left. I am affraid to turn it any further for fear of it breaking like the poorely made water inlet housing. But when I turn it water does not come out! does anyone have any idea how to drain the thing? 1999 pontic Grand Am SE 2.4L

well looks lik you found the drain, is there a wing nit type thing? My 99' has a 1/4" drive hole on the drivers side, just above the drian(kinda in the front of the radiator) either of these two could be on your car..
If you can not turn it, try working it back and forth alittle to loosen up road garp. If you still cant get it, you'll hav to drian the old coolant from the radiator hose that is lowest on the radiator. Most of the time they are stuck and or they break off. Ya another piece of plastic crap! if you hav more questions just ask.
