Hi There I have 1996 Dodge Caravan
last year the AC Compressor Seized and I disconnect the clutch
cable and have a heating issue
I flush the coolant every 2 years this year I flush it
but still no heat
I replace last year the thermostat and the neck and gasket
but still no heat
only when I drive for 10 minute i will start to feel some heat
but I noticed that one side on the heater core hose is hot and the other side is cold
and same for the rad one side is hot and the other is cold
change the rad cap and still don't feel there is circulation in the coolant
but one thing to mention is I flush the heater core last year but that did not help either
pleas if any one had any info
thank you

Sounds like you got some restriction in one oor more of your heater hoses. Also check for a stat that is stuck open. 10 minutes is too long for an engine warm up if the stat is working right.

I could be wrong but check the vacum lines there also should be a vacum line going to a vale on the heater core lines on the firewall if you can switch heater defrost positions ok the the doors are getting vacum in the dash but the line going to the heater control valve may of come off or the valve may be stuck
