i eventually want both, but im gonna have to get one at a time for financial reasons. which would give a bigger increase in power? or which should i get first?

AEM Tru Power Pulleys...they release hp so you can have it to the wheels. the adj. cam will require you to use hi octane gas, that's $$$ gone - the pulleys will at least be an investment.
