3.0 Std engine - Seeking to track down the cause of fast idle on the ol girl.

I suspect TPS ( throttle postion switch) but have no proof of anything. It will maintain a steady 37 MPH once up to speed ( ~ 1500 rpms?)) . I have 189K on her.

Would like second opinions.
