Folks,
I'm looking at buying an 02 Tribute 4X4 4 cylinder. I drove one yesterday and it seemed to have enough power to do around-town driving and short trips. My question to the group is:
- Are there any maintenance issues that anyone has had that should give me pause before buying it?
- To anyone that has one, how has the 4 cylinder 4x4 held up, and if you have one, would you buy it again?

buy a 6 cyl, the fuel mileage is about the same and has way more power.
be ready to put brakes and tires on them often
