OK from what I have found it means Inlet Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open. Can anyone clarify this for me or explain what to do. I would apreciate it.

No personal experience. From what I have read "IMRC: a system that controls a second set of throttle plates that open above 3000 rpm's for additional airflow into engine (Intake Manifold Runner Control)."
Sounds like a problem with linkage, solenoid, wiring, etc.
Hers are a few links.

the intake manifold runner control is an eletrical solenoid that open the secondary runners. It is located at the back of the engine attached to the lower intake. You have to remove the upper intake to access it. Be sure to get the plastic clips that hold the rods to the intake they break easily when removing
