I have an 89 535i and the fuel gauge does not work. I was thinking it may be the sending unit. It goes right up to about 5/8's full and stays there, so its not sticky or anything. Also the light doesnt work. It's the only instrument not working, I don't know if anyone else has had a similair problem...
