Any helpful tips on removing tensioner? I broke the bolt that holds the pulley on and I need to get access to remove bolt.

Nasty job. Remove the belt. Drain the cooling system, as the heater hose adapters go through the tensioner. Remove the "boil bottle" to get clearance. Disconnect the battery negative cable and remove the alternator. Remove the hose adapters. Unbolt the tensioner and remove it. Lubricate the hose adapters with coolant before putting them back in. Mine is a 2001, but it should be the same.
