Sence you're asking how hard it's to replace "Pads" I'm asuming you have disks. Rear disks are a little more trickier than front disks. On the rear you have the parking brake to deal with. This requires turning the piston back in instead of just pushing it. Brakes have not changed much over the years. I would check out a manual at your library.
