BS is 5.5" on the 8" wheels.
Its 5.25" on 7" wheels. The reason I mention 7" wheels is because the 8" wheels were available from the factory until 97 (TJ)

Thanks for the reply!

Another ?
Would these fit well on an XJ - or will the tires rub the control arms? I'm planning a 3" lift and 31x10.5 tires.

Thanks

Sure, Ive got 8" Canyon wheels (from a TJ) on my XJ. Im running 30s for now but when I replace these I will go to 31s. You may or may not have to adjust the steering stops a little, maybe add one washer under them to keep the tires from rubbing the lower control arms. Really depends on the tire you have and if you are using stock control arms. Not a big deal though.
In the previous post I meant to say that the 8" wheels WERE NOT available until 97 and only on the TJs. There were some earlier Jeeps that came with 8" wheels but they had a different bolt pattern and wont fit an XJ at all.
