I have 2002 Dodge neon 2l

problem

On colder start up days the engind sounds like a " tractor " for the first 30-45 seconds and then smooths out

occationally, once every couple of months, i get a loud tic sound for the first 30-45 seconds like it is not getting any oil -- this is very loud and I think the engine is going to blow up

the dealer is having trouble figuring it out and the loud noise is randome and i can't get it to do it at the dealer -- can anybody help

Many thanks
