Can I put 15" snow tires on?

Original size is 205/55R16 on aluminum wheel.

Can I put some 15" steel wheel, 195/65/R15's on there?

Anyone know the lug pattern? 5-??mm ?

As long as you keep outside diameter of tires the same (or pretty close) you shouldn't have any problems. I have no idea what the lug pattern is. A skinnier footprint is generaly accepted to be better in snow conditions if you have optional tires to work with
