I have a '95 Regal that will not start every time I turn the key. It will start most of the time, but every now and then it will only click, not a click-click-click-click type of click but just the one click, and it seems that the click is coming from the fuse box under the hood, next to the window washer fluid. The security light comes on when the car will start - i've tried to check to see if it comes on when it won't start, but every time I have been watching for it the car starts. Someone please help this poor regal lemon owner. Thank you.
