Check the fuel pressure and regulator to start with.

Someone Lokked At It Yesterday Who Was Not A Mechanic....he Thinks The Tps Is Gone...I THINK ITS THE EGR VALVE ......so Hes Gonna Try And Hook Up Code Reader....hopefully It Will Help Me..

Code reader won't show this type of problem. The key here is the overfueling issue, as noted above.

Fuel is leaking from somewhere, is it a carb, FI or TB car?

Fuel Injector

Fuel pressure should be 35 to 45 on the rail, if ok, pull the fuel rail and injectors out and turn ignition on to pressurize system. Check injectors for leaks.
