Hi there,
I own a 1995 Mitsubishi Pajero 3500cc and I'm experiencing problems with the engine. I've taken it to several mechanics to identify a problem that has been persisting which causes the "Check Engine" light to come on. The vehicle then loses alot of power and makes a constant rumbling sound. No one seem to know what to do. Can someone help me??
I would be grateful for any suggestion or comments in resolving this problem.

When the Check Engine light comes on, there should be diagnostic information associated with it that is very important to know in the troubleshooting process. If you would plug in an OBD tester into your car, you could see these codes as well as run tests on the system components to verify they are working properly. Has you mechanic(s) done this? What codes do you see? The codes may not be the end-all answer but they would certainly lead to a solution.

Thank you for your suggestion. I did exactly so and found my problem. I was told by the mechanic that there was a leak from the "gasket". The problem is soon to be resolved. Thank again.
