Hi all,
Could you please tell me if 95 Buick Regals are "W" body or not?. Also, given my VIN#: 2G4WB52L4S1476893, could you tell me if it is a 3.0 or 3.8L engine?. I am in the process of getting a fctory service manual and I don't have these information right now. Thanks. ANdy

Here's a link that may help answer your question:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_GM_VIN_codes

The 8th digit denotes the engine. Your engine code is "L". If you have a 3800 V6 it would be "K". The supercharged version of the 3800 would be "1". The 3.1 V6 should be "L". The 1995 Regal is classified as a GM "W" body.

Also you can check the SPID label on the back of the trunk lid or spare tire cover and see what RPO option code you have for engine, tranny, paint, etc. for example: Look for L82, LG6, etc. for type of engine.
