i have a 99 park ave, and recently the right hand signal will not blink, the front, rear, or even the curbside light will not blink, the indicator in the instrument cluster doesn't even light up, however when i put my 4-ways on, everything lights up fine, any suggestions??

It sounds like the indicator switch in the steering column in not making contact.
