Btw, I have a performance air filter i picked up for my old car, a civic ex (97). Can i pop it into my acura? It's one of those cone type filters. The popular generic ones. If yes, how? Do i just remove the filter and the box and plug it directly into the hose, or do I have to get a metal pipe and remove the hose completely? I don't know if this makes sense...

was your Civic EX American or Canadian? Since you drive an EL I'm gonna assume the Civic was Canadian too? if that's the case your filter won't exactly fit, you need one from the Canadian Civic Si

For the EL, what year civic si parts do i need, say i want a intake and stuff. do i need a civic si from 96-00? or older?

Neo: say...if you wanna do I/H/E, you'd need something that fits a USDM 97 Civic EX or a CADM 97 Civic Si for the intake & headers, and the exhaust would have to be made for the USDM 97 Civic EX SEDAN, or you can always go custom/universal...Midas has a Ravin exhaust that fits the EL, check out www.midas.ca for more details

Hey does anyone know where i can get eurolight styled rear lamps for the Acura 1.6 EL 97-00? see i busted one of my rears lamps, and i dont really want to get a stock lamp, i was planning on getting euros anyways. so might as well get the euros or altezzas. i live in the toronto area. so if anyone knows any shops or websites or companys i can get in contact with please help me out. and i also need other parts such as front lip, and clear fron bumper signals. i dont want custom, i dont really trust it. thanks a lot :sun:

Is the EL like the TL?

The EL is nothing like the TL. The EL is a small sized car while the TL is a mid-size car and more luxorious than the EL and more powerful.
