2003 LeSabre ABS/Traction Off/Brake lights remain on

The blower fan on my 2003 LeSabre would not come on or would only work intermittently when I turned the A/C on. Sometimes the blower would engage 10 minutes later or not at all. Also, there is no power to the cigarette lighter or the auxiliary power connection. The next day, the ABS, Traction Off and Brake lights came on and will not go off. Now, the car service engine light flashed on and the engine began running rough --- almost as if it were not receiving fuel. It did smooth out later but still is showing signs of rough running.

Any information on what I might be able to do to resolve the problem(s) would be greatly appreciated!
