So just put a Pace Setter Exhaust/header system into my buddies car.

Does it make any difference if the Catalytic convertor is in there or not? Or will the straight pipe I made be good in place of that Convertor?

The cat is one of the biggest restrictions in the exhaust system. If you can get rid of it alltogether.

Lol, had no issues doing that, fabricated a peice of pipe using old exhaust tubing and the 2 flanges off the little cat on the original exhaust.

I've not known anyone to have any issues with PS so, if I do, I'll let you know.

They make an amazing system for the TII.

Its expensive tho, $1000+ for the full system.

That's not too bad, as my buddy just forked over 1100 for his pacesetter.... that included the header.... is that American or CND?
