Old engine & transmission comes out. Along with the axles & the entire TCCU.

New TCCU goes in. Buy an E-153 manual transmission + differential + aftermarket clutch & throw-out bearing + axles off either a 92-93 Camry/ES, or the E-153 out of a 5-speed v6 Solara.
Along with the clutch pedal + mounting, clutch lines & hydraulic system.
Clutch stuff get's installed.
Transmission & diff mate together & get installed. New axles go in.
3s-gte goes in.
Fuel pump is upgraded.
Custom exhaust pipe welded up to get from the turbine exit to the cat-convertor.
Custom intercooler pipes, intercooler & charge pipes done.

It's really not a good idea overall.
You can do a v6 swap much cheaper & have the same power, with more power potential.
You can also just turbocharge a 3s-fe, or 5s-fe in the first place using the 3s-gte, or custom manifold. They only hold 200-230bhp safely.

The M/T tranny you have isn't going to be up to a stock 3s-gte over the long run, or a modified 3s-gte over any amoutn of time.

Good luck, ya I saw the post on TN. Same info.
