I need a new exhaust because the current one I have (stock) has a nickel size hole in it and I'm up for emissions by the end of the month(in Connecticut). I was thinking of getting a greddy system from the cat back because I've read that they have a good throaty sound and they don't sound like a bumble bee or a weed wacker. I also believe that they are 50 state legal. Anyone with some opinions or feedback?

I recently got the greddy sp for my 99 hatch and it's just what i wanted. Not too loud that i can't hear my music or talk in the car, but still noticeable. great sound, not that cheap about-to-blow-up sound. My friend had the greddy mx on his accord coupe and it was a bit on the loud side, but a great sound still. Looks real nice too. Well worth it.

I've had a Greddy EVO for over a year now in my 98' ex. It has a great sound at the low end and it just rocks the world at the high end. But now that it is worn in, the sound is kinda going on the low end. But I gained 7hp just from the cat back.

I'm in Prospect near Waterbury. The thing is emissions is due in may 2002. So I have to the end of the month. Besides I want a new sound anyway. Anyone have any sites for the cheapest greddys?

I've got a Power Extreme catback exhaust from Greddy. Think of it as an old version of the EVO series but, w/ a lower canister/muffler which is bad for extremely lowered cars.

from what i have seen a evo is one of the best greddy exhausts. sound and performance wise. they are all about the same price all around, but at digitalracer.com they have free shipping so thats a thought.i think its like 499.00 for the cat back.

I also have the Evo and I think it's one of the best out there. I prefer the Evo over some of the others that my friends have. :)
