My 95 Accord EX-V6 has auto shift :)RightWingZionist 10-19-2005, 09:03 PM I knew it had D3 (making tranny engange third gear for highway speeds allowing better acceleration by higher rpm) but I did not know I can press the button on the stick to switch between 1 and 2. So now I can go from 1-4 manually to pass people on my shoulder trying to cut me off. Now I know why http://web.missouri.edu/~apcb20/times.html rates a 95 LX-V6 0-60 mph in 9.1 seconds and auto.msn.com rates it 7.6 seconds http://autos.msn.com/research/vip/spec_engines.aspx?year=1995&make=Honda&model=Accord&trimid=-1&src=VIP&tab=2&sub=1 BullShifter 10-23-2005, 01:55 AM Shifting a non-modified automatic transmission is not going to make it faster especially 1.5 sec's. RightWingZionist 10-23-2005, 02:36 AM Shifting a non-modified automatic transmission is not going to make it faster especially 1.5 sec's. Why not? With out it it will shift around 2000 rpm, now I can shift at 6000. And it is much faster. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
