I own a mitsubishi galant with a 4d55 td.There is a lot of smoke coming out of my tailpipe while i am in traffic.I suspect the turbo to be faulty,is anyone getting a similar problem?Can these turbos be repaired?

There is a kit. I haven't bought it in so long. Check with your auto parts store. They should have sources for turbo rebuild kits. An old fashioned type of store not pep boys
