I recently bought a 89 Regal Gs Custom 4 seater. The 3.1L has some small problems. I have no vaccum in the engine as per the cpu diagnostics has told me. When i ran the diagnostics i got problem code 23 ,33, and 43. 23 Is the intake air controller saying that it has a low vaccum. 33 is the map sensor showing high voltage witch equals low vaccum and 43 is the knock sensor showing a short in the wiring. I belive it has something to do with the rubber adapter that goes in the throttle body that the vaccum lines hook up into but i am not sure. Please can somebody outthere help me?
