I have to the rugged trail T/a and i still have those little whiskers on them in the tread but it looks like less then 50 percent left. How much tire do you think I have left on them

Stick a penny head-down in the tread. If the tread reaches his head, you've still got enough tread to be reasonable.
Then again, there should be wear bars across the tread every few inches...
