Scratched up my neighbors front left bumper, right on the corner. Its very superficial, but I dont know how to fix it, or if any "bumper repair kits" exist. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Looks like some kind of dense plastic. Cant tell if theres a coating or not.

OK, what year then? The 00/01 have a metal portion just below the grille with plastic below, while the 02-04 are complete plastic with a metal portion behind it.
Either way, there's really not much that can be done. You can get the grey paint used on the metal portion of the 00/01 bumpers, but the plastic can only be made a bit less obvious.
