I have a 1996 civic dx sohc engine and i am wanting to redo the whole fuel system. i would like to know what brands or parts work good for my car. if anyone has any suggestions as to what fuel rail , fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors, etc. please help me out. thanks

I have a 1996 civic dx sohc engine and i am wanting to redo the whole fuel system. i would like to know what brands or parts work good for my car. if anyone has any suggestions as to what fuel rail , fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors, etc. please help me out. thanks im going to be using a stock sohc 1.6l engine and doing the whole fuel system, intake manifold/intake, 68 mm throttle body, cam gear, pulleys, head rebuild, and eventually maybe a turbo, it allready has a greddy style catback exhaust and a obx header running with no cat. dont know as to how much hp but my guess without turbo would be around 170 or so. any suggestions would help so much thanks

i dont understand what your saying. do you have any suggestions as to what parts i should get for my fuel system? i allready have a full cat exhaust and header

yeah the exhaust came with only a muffler and a resignator so i dont have a cat on it. but why would it be a waste to do any other fuel system mods?? keeping in mind all the other work im doing. thanks again for the help

you need some serious researching.

yeah i looked up and found a couple of parts i wanted. i like the 255 lph walbro pump the aem fuel rail the aem fpr and i wasnt sure what size fuel injectors to buy. i really want to do my fuel system because it seems there isnt much else to do. I'm also going to be getting a msd ignition for it if that makes any difference.

if your not making major power, its not time to upgrade the fuel system yet ;) the oem rail and fpr are awesome.
