:evillol:

Hey guys, I am going to swap my 96 accord lx f22b2 to jdm h22a, just because of I like my accord's body style, but stock engine only gives me somewhere 130 hp right? But h22a would start from 200 hp, that's the reason. And tired of getting beat by Hyundai Elantra on I-5 :nono:

Here are my questions:

How much am I looking at? Cost of motor including all the necessary components that I need to swap. And also the installation from professional. If you could tell me the closest range, that'll be nice.

And do you guys have any preference where I should get the motor, or installer??? Obviously, I don't want some wannabe to do that job and blown engine when you start, ya know!?

Share me what you know regarding this matter!

Thanks for your time, guys!!! :lol2:

Id say that for that engine a ball park figure would be about $5000, the engine itself runs from about 3000 to 3500, plus the shipping. As for who to get it from, im not sure cuz im looking into that myself because i have a 94 accord that im going to do an engine swap for the h22 as well.

www.jdmsource.ca ( I know hes from canada but his name is shahab) go to the site give him a call he ships to states and is a good guy. Me and my friends have bought 5 engines swaps from him including:H22A,B18C,B16A2,AND 2 B16A2 (FOR LS VTEC SWAP) check out the site for sure 2000 US is a good deal for a full accord swap (h22a).
