My '96 302 has been leaking slowly for a while until today I saw steam. Looking from the front there are 2 "ports" Which the stuff is coming out the top one. Anyone seen this before?

Time to fix it.
If it is leaking outside it may be leaking into the engine to.
Are you saying it is leaking where the intake goes onto the heads or someplace else?
You had better get it checked out and or fixed or you will be replacing the whole engine.

Just looked again. Were the air intake comes into the fuel injection manifold there is a piece bolted to the manifold which is were the air hose is clamped to. On the piece there are 2 holes on the left side which appear to be plugged from the factory that is were it is leaking

Take it off and look it over. check seal/gasket on the back of it. Or could be just the plugs leaking.
If they are drive in plugs you may need new plugs ormaybe tape out and put a pipe plug in the holes
Good Luck
