Cheap civic in Chicago area

Hey guys, I got a Civic I'm trying to get rid off. It's a 95 DX. Car has a D15B (JDM) but last time I tried the car wouldn't start. I'm trying to get rid of the car for $600 OBO. Anyone in the Chicago area can come and take a look.
