2001 Monte Carlo SS Power Door Lock Problem

01 Monte Carlo SS the power door locks do not work - when using the door switches or the key fob. Alarm activates but the doors don't lock. Fuse is good. Anyone else encountered this problem - and if so, what was it??

Isnt there a relay that controls the actuators?

Where would the relay be located
