do u guys know wut the slowest version of the subaru impreza is?
my parents said that they wont buy me because it could go tooo fast for me.. so they said that they will buy me only if there is a slower version of it... if there isnt can anyone tell me that has the subaru impreza look?

The slowest current version of the Impreza is still quicker than the fastest stock Civic in my experience.
If you want something slow, perhaps you should look at a Subaru DL or a pre '96 Impreza with fwd and a 1.8l engine.

Get a 1995 MY with a 2.2L engine and hope that your parents aren't as cruel as mine are/were - they managed to find the only Impreza I've ever seen with the Carribean Green (see: TEAL) paintjob. And I used to think I had a shot at being cool. :)
