hey can anyone tell me in a 98 explorer the cargo area i have several hooks on the floor are they for the cargo net or can they be used as restraints or are they both

They can be used to restrain cargo and if by restrains you mean the top strap on a child seat for instance, then i believe they can be used for that also but don't qoute me on that.
