I am wondering how prone a 2000 Civic Si w/ turbo and Intercooler is to overheating...Basically I want to know if an intercooler will interfere with the airflow to my radiator...causing me to have to buy a newer radiator and a Fan such as a F.A.L. Any help is greatly appreciated. Planning my project and I want to do it right. Im thinking about the Greddy Kit because I want to do it myself (install, and then take it to a Dyno it down the street).

All my buddies use stock radiators, one with a FAL fan because of fitment issues and they have no problems with overheating. I dont see a reason to upgrade unless you want to.

stock radiator does a good job. as for fitment issues, it just depends on what you get.
