Rev Limiting QuestionEventHorizon 05-17-2002, 10:32 AM Hrmm, ok. I have a question about revvvv limiting. This is a hypothetical situation for future upgrading. I just purchased a "performance" chip for my ECU that, along with reprogramming fuel/air mixture, etc., also adds a higher rev limit, I think it said 8500 rpm. Now, if I were to, say, in the future, purchase an ignition controller that comes with a device which allows me to limit my rev's to, say, 7000 rpm....which of the two limiters will override the other? Will this cause some sort of negative conflict or anything? bambam2000 05-17-2002, 01:40 PM the one with the settings of the lower rev will take effect once it reaches it's limit. kicker1_solo 05-18-2002, 05:07 AM if you have an 8' ceiling in your house and you put in a 7' ceiling and then jump, which one will you hit first? Of course it's going to be the lower one :) vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
