I have a 1995 Plymouth Neon and I need to change the oil and filter. I don't know where the oil filter is located, can anyone help. Also, My speedometer quit working, does anyone know how to fix this. Appreciate any help.

The oil filter is on the back side of the oil pan.
There are two parts #'s for the oil filter for '95, make sure you use the shorter of the two, the longer filter hung down too low and could scrape on the ground if you bottomed out.
