Hey guys,
I own a '97 Grand Caravan SE with 3.8 and all that good stuff. It used to be AWD, but my brother-in-law and I removed the torque tube because it broke at the joint. This isn't the problem though(lol.) The problem I'm having is that when I first start my car, it sounds great. The engine runs fine, and all of that good stuff. It'll start in both Park and in Neutral, but when I put it in reverse, drive, 3, or L, the car stalls for a second, and then dies. I checked my Tranny fluid, oil, battery, and coolant. Those are all fine. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me before I went and paid good money to have it towed to a transmission shop. Much appreciated, thanx.
