clifford settings?

Helped install a clifford alarm in my friends car today and wondered, is there a way to change the sensitivity of the alarm. Right now when you touch the window the slightest bit it goes off, how do i adjust this are there settings? it has a box with 2 buttons on it looks like [ ]
any idea?
