Are these the only 2 parts i need to lower my car?

I want to lower my car and echoman_pdx gave some advice to someone else on this thread (post #5):

I have a 2000 Civic EX. He said the koni sport shocks with ground control sleeves. Did he actually mean ground control coilovers? This is one I found:

The yellow koni sport shocks are easy to find. I just want to easily lower my stock setup about 1.5 - 2 inches for the better look. I want a stiffer ride so i dont easily bottom out on dips (like i do now). This is a daily driver and i dont do anything really crazy with my car (except turn corners too fast).

I found the shocks for $492 and the coilovers for $303. My car looks like a monster truck now with the stock setup. Have a look at it here:

yup, and we call coilovers like the GC and Skunk2s sleeves cause that's all they are, they are a coilover sleeve not full coilovers.
