I lifted my Jeep to 3" and installed 31 tires. If you go much higher then that you need to install a good number of items for your suspension. Do you homework.. mrbill3 09-30-2005, 11:54 PM Hi folks im new to jeeps and 4 wheeling in genral i am thinking about buying a cherokee for my daily driver i was looking at lifting it and getting some bigger tires nothing huge just like a 2 or 3 inch lift and 31s or something, i was reading through some of the forum and i learned about rockyroad outfitters, and thier 3 inch lift for like 150$ i was curious if anyone has one of these systems and had any feedback, also if i could get a list of what else i would need to in order to be able to run this system, and maby i price list i realize that i could do this myself but a i have limited access to a computer. thanks much First of all welcome to our world (should you decide to purchase the XJ). Second of all 3' lift and 31's is a popular set-up. No matter what brand lift you decide to get, do yourself a favor and get the full rear spring pack. Do not get the add-a-leafs or lift blocks. They will not last and will sag in short order as you are still using the old rear springs. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
