battery drain

I have a 2001 325i and the battery recently started going dead. I can recharge the battery and will go for several days and then dead again.
This started after my daughter played the cd player when the engine was not running and ran the battery down. Seems like something is draining the battery after ignition is off but I can't see any lights burning or hear anything running.
Anyone have an opinion as to cause. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Check the glove box light and the trunk light. They are hard to see when they are closed so you won't notice they are on. Sometimes they get out of adjustment and stay on or you have something in the glovebox in the way of it closing properly.Like a CD case.
