Plymouth Voyager 1997 ,Wont Start

I turn the key and it just keeps turning over and over, i checked the spark plugs everything seems to be connected, im thinking mabey the fuel pump, but i hear the fuel pump kick on when i turn the key forward
so i dont know. im stumped please help!!

There are several possibilities including the ignition switch. It appears that it is not making contact to send power to the ignition system. Other possibilities are bad fuel pressure regulator, crank position sensor, coil module or ECM. I would check the fusable links connected at the starter. One may have burnt out and not allowing voltage to get to the system or check under the power control center cover to see if any of the main fuses are blown.

when you say you checked the spark plugs did you actually check them to see if they sparked ?
