We just bought a pair of APC projection headlights from this company off of ebay. Anyway, the question is...there are two adjustments for the headlights. One up and down, the other inward and outward. The inward, outward adjustment has a spring in it. These adjustments on also on the stock headlights (at least this is what i am told). We need to know how this adjustment works. We can't fingure it out and and if anyone as hand info on how they do it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Well I'm not sure if you mean you don't know how to get them properly aligned or if you mean you can't turn the screws. Generally I think a screwdriver works fine.
Anyway as far as alignment, this is a pretty detailed writeup:
http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html
Or if you want to just do it a bit more simply, On level ground, put your vehicle in front of a wall as close as possible. With tape, put 4 crosses on the wall that correspond with the vertical and horizontal center lines of each headlight (low and high beams). Back up 25 ft., keeping the vehicle centered with your crosses on the wall. Turn on headlights. Low Beams should be hitting the lower right sections of the corresponding crosses. High Beams should split their corresponding cross hairs. Turn the horizonal and vertical adjusting screws (located at the headlights) to make adjustments.
